CARR, Lillian Mary (nee Morris):

Formerly of Auckland and for much of her life Christchurch, Lillian died peacefully in Wellington on 19 February aged 98.

Much loved relict of the late Reg, mother and mother-in-law of Simon & Amy, Gisella & David, and grandmother of Francesca and Theo.

Our gratitude to the committed staff at the Vincentian these last two years, and to friends near and far who supported her during her Babylonian Captivity in Wellington, as she insisted on regarding it.

A private cremation has been held. A memorial mass and wake in Christchurch will follow in April or May when family overseas can attend. Details to come on this tribute page.
