GARNER, Ross Sefton:

Of Whitby. Passed away peacefully, aged 84, on Thursday 3rd March 2022, at Mary Potter Hospice.

Dearly loved husband of Jenny, loved and respected father of Christine, Brett and Clare. Proud and devoted Grandad to Thomas and Lucy. Loyal and loved brother to Craig.

Huge thanks to Mary Potter Hospice staff in Wellington for their compassionate and dignified care of Ross. Sincere thanks to the many friends who have provided support, care and kind words over this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, any donations to the Mary Potter Hospice in Wellington would be greatly appreciated and may be left at the service or made online at www.marypotter.org.nz/donations.




A funeral service for Ross will be held at the North Porirua Baptist Church, 69f Discovery Drive, Whitby on Tuesday 8th March, commencing at 11:00am. Thereafter private cremation.

A vaccine pass will be required.
