Peacefully at home aged 89 years, in the presence of family. 

Loved wife of the late Don, loved and cherished mother and mother-in-law of David and Destina, Ross, James, Jeanette and the late Adrian Prowse, and Andrew and Shirley. Much loved grandma to her eighteen grandchildren and great grandma and great nonna to her eight great grandchildren. Cherished sister of Clive and the late Sylvia.

The family would like to thank the Mary Potter Hospice for their support of Dawn in her final days.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be done online at www.marypotter.org.nz.

At the family’s request Dawn’s funeral is open to vaccinated people only and vaccine passes must be shown upon arrival. Numbers able to attend are increased and you will need to ‘Register to Attend’ this funeral via the blue Register button at the bottom of this notice.

A celebration of Dawn’s life will be held at the Wilson’s Funeral Home 375 Adelaide Road, Newtown at 11am Monday, 28 March 2022, followed by interment at Makara Cemetery.
