On 21st August 2022 suddenly at home surrounded by family. Aged 62 years.
Dearly loved partner of Nancy for 20 years
Loved stepfather and father-in-law of Tama, Tennesse and Moana
Loved Granddad of Quaylieshia, Zaquita, Tama, Tamalia, Pepa, Mahina
Much loved brother of Ian.

A service for Eric will be held in the Richmond Chapel, 10 Richmond Road, Carterton on Friday 26th August 2022 at 10.00am. Followed by private cremation. Eric’s service will be live streamed via his tribute page at www.tributes.co.nz.

Eric David Hartshorne - beloved son of David (deceased) and Annette, loved brother and brother in law of Ian and Kathy and partner to Nancy. Friend to many.
Nephew of Martin and Chris, cousin of Peter, Joanne, Barry and Sally Cuff, Lyn, Susan, Christine, Miriam, Kathryn, Maree and Richard.
Cherished life long friend of Dot and Ross (deceased)
Eric a son, brother and friend who will be sadly missed but always remembered as a gentle grizzly bear with a soft and kind heart.
He was mostly known as Chad, Viking and Cave man but I am sure there is many more names given to him.
His dedication to his employers and work was second to none.
Gone far to soon and will be in our thoughts forever. Love you and miss you already.
