A Requiem Mass for Patrick will be celebrated at the Church of Our Lady Of Kapiti, 1 Presentation Way ( off Milne Drive ), Paraparaumu on Friday 7th October 2022 at 11am, followed by burial at Awa Tapu Cemetery.
