WALSH Father John Thomas on September 7th 2007 Peacefully at Manor Park Private Hospital. In his 84th year.

Much loved and respected Member of St Columban Mission Society.

Dearly loved brother and brother in law of Norah and the late Jim Hegarty (Levin), the late Father William Walsh, Bernard and the late Rita (Stratford), the late Margaret, and Brian Fleming (Pungarehu), Mary and Jack Ager (Wanganui) and loved by his nieces and nephews.

A Vigil service will be held at the Church of Ss Peter and Paul Church Knights Road Lower Hutt on Monday evening at 7:00pm. A Funeral Mass to celebrate the life of Fr. John will be held at Ss Peter and Paul on Tuesday September 11th 2007 at 11:00am.

A further Vigil Service will also be held at St Joseph's Church Victoria Street Hawera on Tuesday evening at 7:00pm followed by a Funeral Mass at St Joseph's on Wednesday September 12th 2007 at 11:00am thereafter to the Hawera Cemetery.
