Dearly loved wife of Trevor, loving mother and mother-in-law of Nicola and Nicholas Jackman (London) and Phillip (Sydney).

Very special sister and sister-in-law of Dorothy and Gordon and the late John Hutchinson, Mary and Ken Taylor and John and Chita Cotton.

Heartfelt thanks to Doctors, nurses and caregivers at Wellington Public Hospital, Mary Potter Hospice, Cashmere Hospital and also District nurses and caregivers of Wellington District Health Board. Faey was treated with respect and tenderness by all who attended her for which Trevor and the family will be ever grateful.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A funeral service for Faey will be held at the Wellington Cathedral of St. Paul, cnr Molesworth and Hill Streets on Wednesday 26th September 2007 at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
