Died on Tuesday 16th May 2023, Surrounded by her family.

A funeral service to celebrate Patricia's life will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, Cnr Ward Street & Fergusson Drive, Trentham, Upper Hutt at 2:00pm on Friday 19th May. This will be followed by private cremation.
