It is with immense sadness we announce the passing of our precious and very loving Elizabeth (Beth) Mary Wilkie.

Beth passed peacefully on 1st September 2023, at Masterton Hospital. Aged 88 years. Much loved wife of the Late Jim Wilkie, sister-in-law to Peter & Wharepa, Josie & Eru and Whanau. Mere & Whanau, Peter Joyce and all who loved & adored her in Ruatoria.

Mother and mother-in-law to Charles and Heather, Warren and Diane. Aunty of Junior, Sally, Richard, Gloria, Waka and Brenda. Much loved Nanny to her many grand-nieces and nephews.

We extend our sincere gratitude to her lifelong friends from the Masterton Rugby Club, Park Tennis Club and The Park 9 singing group.

Our Whanau wish to extend our heartfelt thanks to Pip. To Marie and Ken Millar and family for their devoted care and support. To Hannah for attending to our mother during the Covid-19 lock-down. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Wairarapa Village Care Home.

A Tangi will be held at the Chapel, Wairarapa Funeral Services, Lincoln Road, Masterton on September 9th at 12:00pm.

Our hope is to provide Beth with a truly, joyful, happy send off fitting of such loving Mother, Aunty, Nanny and friend to all who were fortunate to be a part of her 88 years of life.
