Charles (Charlie) passed away peacefully at Kenepuru Hospital (ward 4) on Sunday 10 September, aged 92 years.

Dearly loved husband of Gwen, much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Malcolm and Liane, Warren and Rachel, Jackie and Warren, Carolyn and David.

Treasured grandfather to Natasha, Brittany, Jaiden, Phoebe, Freya, Hannah, Nathan, Sophie, Anika and Holly.

A service to celebrate the life of Charlie will be held at Old St Pauls, 34 Mulgrave Street, Thorndon on Saturday 16 September at 2:00 pm, thereafter private cremation.

Visitation can be done on Friday 15 September to the Harbour City Funeral Home, 56 Onepu Road, Kilbirnie between 10:30 – 11:30 am.
