Passed away peacefully on the 12th September, on her 88th birthday after a day of song, prayer & love.

Beloved wife to Ted Balmer.

Dearly loved mother to Bronwyn & Gwendolyn

Loved sister to Helen, Paul & Bob

Cherished mother, grandmother, great grandmother & friend to the Balmer family

Vicki's funeral service will be held at the Longview Home, 14 Sunrise Boulevard, Tawa, on Monday 18th September at 9.30am.
