BROOKING, John Frederick:

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 19 September 2023 at Wellington Hospital, with his brother at his bedside.

Beloved husband of Ann for 50 years. Loved eldest son of Ben and Jean Brooking (both deceased) and brother of Max and brother-in-law of Robyn. Cherished uncle of Jason, Glen, Heidi and Natalie, great uncle of Janaya, Quaelin and Kaewa, great great uncle of Liam, Noah and Isabella. Companion and special brother-in-law of Marilyn.

John was a true gentleman and loved by all.

A service for John will be held at The Ninness Funeral Home Chapel, 17 Kenepuru Drive, Porirua on Thursday 28 September 2023, commencing at 1.00pm. Followed by private cremation.
