Pitaloma (Peter) Ikimana Tuineau
Passed away suddenly at Wellington Hospital on Friday 2.11.07.

Born 5.6.40. Eldest son of Ikimana Tuineau Mataapule (dec'd) & Tukutupe Patoa Tuineau (dec'd). Nephew of Epenesa Atumuaheiki Ikimana Pahiva & Hakatagaloa Ikimana Falemaka. Beloved & dearest dad of Sionepita & Fasala, Mel & Malcolm, Togia & Rita, Keu (Niue), Vehe & Deb, Tala, & Sipihia (dec'd) & Pope. Loved brother of Lamakai, Makelita & Pahemotu, Kilipati & Misiuepa, Toli, Suiti & John (dec'd), Senetenali & Mele, Ikimana & Vaimohe (Niue), Siniloki & Lee, & Olepa. Dear cousin of Line, Takiu, & Marjorie. Loved uncle of David Poihega & sisters, Togalahi, Kansas & all his beloved nieces & nephews. Precious grandfather to 12 & great-grandfather to 2.

Remembered by his many friends & neighbours in the wider community. Special thanks to Nurse Allister & to medical teams in ICU & CCU at Wellington Hospital.

A Family Service will be held at St James Presbyterian Church, 235 Adelaide Road, Newtown, Wgtn on Tues 6 November 2007 at 6pm. Funeral Service will be held at same venue on Wed 7 November 2007 at 12noon, followed by interment at Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
