Passed away peacefully on 17th November 2007 at Wellington Hospital, aged 75 years.

Dearly loved husband and soulmate of De, loving and cherished father and father-in-law to Fiona & Brian, Arabella, Alisdair & Sally, Diarmaid & Ingrid and Chris. Proud and loving grandfather of Madeleine, Prudence and Bridget.

The family wish to express their deep appreciation of the love and support given to Malcolm and the family by all our friends, and also especially to all the staff who cared for Malcolm during these past few months.

In lieu of flowers donations to the National Heart Foundation, PO Box 5357, Wellington, or to the Diabetes Wellington Incorporation PO Box 3304, Wellington would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A celebration of Malcolm's life will be held at the Wellington Cathedral of St. Paul, Molesworth St, Thorndon on Thursday 22nd November 2007 at 1.30pm. Thereafter private cremation.
