ALEVIZOS, Vassiliki (Vasso) – On 20 November 2007 peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice, after a long illness.

Dearly loved wife of the late Petros Alevizos; greatly missed by her son Peter and daughter-in-law Dimitra; yiayia of Andrew, Pauline, Nasia, Jamie, & Nathan and Nick; much loved sister of Nitsa, Lilika, Zoe and George (all of Greece). Vasso will be greatly missed by all her friends and extended family.

Special thanks to Costa and Chrisanthi, the staff of Wellington Hospital & the staff of Mary Potter Hospice for their care and support.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Mary Potter Hospice PO Box 7442, Wellington South & the Greek Orthodox Cathedral would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service for Vasso will be held at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary, Hania Street, Mt Victoria on Friday 23rd November at 1.30pm, thereafter to the Makara Cemetery.
