Harkness, Mary

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Harkness on Tuesday 11th December 2007. Aged 95.

Mary was the beloved daughter of John and Emma Rose Harkness of Khandallah and dearly loved sister of Marjory Boyd (deceased), Robert Harkness, Beatrice Wade (deceased) and Ellen Oram. She is also remembered by her nieces and nephews, her great nieces and nephews and her great-great nieces and nephews with love and affection.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville on Friday 14th December 2007 at 1:00pm followed by interment at Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
