Passed away peacefully on December 14, 2007.

Dearly loved mother of Christopher. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Jadzia (dec) and John Muntz (dec); Czeslaw and Wladzia Brejnakowski; Teresa (dec) and Ray Christensen; Stan and Brenda Brejnakowski; sisters Lodzia (dec) and Wladzia (Poland). Loved Aunty of all her nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to the staff at the Mary Potter Hospice for their loving care of Jasia.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Mary Potter Hospice PO Box 7442, Wellington South, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Jasia's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Church of the Holy Cross, Hobart Street, Miramar on Tuesday December 18th, 2007 at 11.00am. Thereafter private cremation. The Rosary will be recited in church on Monday evening at 7.00pm.
