On 24 December 2007, peacefully at Metlifecare, Masterton. In his 91st year.

Beloved husband of the late Ethel. Dearly loved father and father in law of Kevin (deceased), Warren and Sylvia (Levin), Helen and the late Earl Henwood (Masterton), Ivan (Masterton), Beverley and David Spring (Eketahuna), and Glen (Tauranga).

Loved Grandad of all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Order of St John, PO Box 113 Carterton would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer. A service for Tubby will be held at St David’s Union Church, Carterton on Friday 28 December 2007 at 2.00pm followed by burial at the Clareville Cemetery.
