Of Carterton. Formerly of Island Bay and Karori Stream.

On 28th March 2008, at Wellington Hospital, after a long illness bravely fought. Aged 56 years.

Loved Partner of Diane. Loved step-father of Shane Grimwood, Steven and Di Grimwood, Owen and Keryn Grimwood, Cory and Kelly Grimwood and loved “Grandad Brownie” to all the grandchildren.

Loved father of Michael (deceased).

Loved son of Pam Watt (Whitby) and the late Jack Brown and loved stepson of Trevor Watt. Loved Brother and brother-in-law of Stephen, and Lynette and Richard Olsthoorn and loved uncle of Kylie and Tara Olsthoorn.

Loved brother-in-law of Maureen and the late Ian Fraser, and loved uncle of Denise Fisher, Michelle McCann, Russell Fisher, and Michael Fisher.

A special thanks to all at the Renal Ward Wellington Hospital, Wairarapa Hospital and South Wairarapa District Nurses.

In lieu of flowers a donations to the Lifeflight Trust, P.O. Box 14448, Kilbirnie, Wellington or the National Kidney Foundation of NZ, P.O. Box 139, Christchurch, would be appreciated and can be left in the chapel foyer.

A service for Brownie will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Tuesday 1st April 2008 at 2.00 p.m. followed by private cremation.
