SVENSON, Rona Daisy. (nee Pope). Formerly of Greytown.

On 3rd September 2008, peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital in the presence of family. Aged 86 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Jack.
Much loved Mum of Noel (deceased) and Roa (Greytown), Kaye and Brian Bland (Masterton), Judy and Norm Burden (Auckland), Ian and Colleen (Masterton).
Cherished Grandma of Joanne and Peter, Karen and Steve, Raewyn, Gary and Anna; Penny and Lucien, Debbie (deceased), Heather and Simon; Scott and Janine, Craig and Michele, Eugene and Roanne; Jay and Pip, Dean and Rachael, Quinn and her 22 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

A special thanks to her “Aversham family” for their friendship and care.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Parkinsonism Society, P.O. Box 765, Masterton would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service to celebrate Rona’s life will be held in St Andrew’s Union Church, Greytown on Monday 8th September 2008 at 2.00 p.m. followed by burial at the Greytown Lawn Cemetery.
