On 17th October 2008, peacefully, at Palliser Lifecare, in the presence of family. In his 87th year.

Dearly loved husband of Coral. Loved father and father-in-law of Ron and Sue (Wellington). Loved Poppa of Megan and Andrew Pearson, Garrith and Lara and loved great grandfather of Korban, Jade, and Brooklyn.

A special thanks to all the staff at Palliser for their wonderful care.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Carterton RSA Welfare fund, would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Charlie will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Wednesday 22nd October 2008 at 11.00 a.m. followed by private cremation.
