Carter Jean Lillian, very peacefully on April 22nd 2005 at Te Hopai Hospital. Dearly loved wife of Don and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Linda and Ian. Much loved Grandma of Paul (Australia).

Jean's family would like to sincerely thank all of the staff at Te Hopai for their wonderful care of Jean. In lieu of flowers donations to the Te Hopai Trust Hospital Road Newtown, would be appreciated.

Jean's funeral service will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel,
375 Adelaide Road Newtown, on Tuesday April 26th 2005 at 2pm. Thereafter private cremation.
