MILLER, Edwin James Alexander (Eddie). Of Carterton.

On 16th August 2009 peacefully at Roseneath, Carterton. In his 92nd year.

Beloved husband and soulmate of the late Mary (married for 62 years). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Colin and Janet (England), Cynthia and Alan (Wellington), Raewyn and Brian (Franz Josef), Irene (deceased) and Kelvin (Greytown), Kerry and Denise (Palmerston Nth), Selwyn and Joyce (Greytown), Alastair and Karen (Ashburton), Brenda and Stephen (Pukekohe). Loved Grandad and great Grandad of his 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. A loved brother, brother-inlaw, and uncle of many.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Order of St John, PO Box 113 Carterton 5743, would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service for Eddie will be held at St Mark’s Anglican Church, Carterton on Monday 24th August 2009 at 1.00 p.m. followed by burial at the Clareville Cemetery.
