On 19th march, at home after a long and courageous battle. Aged 58 years.

Dearly loved and respected husband and best friend of Lynda.
Loved brother of Adrian, and Madeleine.
Step-dad and friend of Karen and Jon, Michelle and Kevin, Shaun and Vicky and adored Grandad of Beth, Lily, and Lucas.
Much loved son-in-law of Kathleen.

Special thanks to Dr. Mike Berry, the district and palliative care nurses and Lynda’s mum for all of your help and support with Phil.

A service for Phil will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road Carterton on Tuesday 23rd March 2010 at 2:30p.m followed by private cremation.
