On 8th September 2005 (peacefully) at Waireka Home, Pahiatua, in the presence of her loving family. In her 92nd year.
Dearly loved wife of the late Howard. Loved mother and mother-in-law of John and Janice (Eketahuna), Christine and Ross (Napier), Bryce and Francie (Eketahuna), Helen and David Murphy (Masterton), and Bronwyn (deceased). Loved mother-in-law of Philip Irwin.
A loved and special Grandma of 13 grandchildren and 10 great Grandchildren.

Family and friends are invited to attend a service to celebrate Bess’ life at St Cuthbert’s Anglican Church, Church Street, Eketahuna on Monday 12th September 2005 at 2.30 p.m. followed by interment at the Eketahuna Lawn Cemetery.
