On 24th July 2010 suddenly at Wairarapa Hospital, in his 92nd year.
Dearly loved husband of Eileen (for 36 years); and the late Janet.
Loved father and father-in-law of Louise and Ian, Chris (deceased), Rosie and Philip, Denise and Ian. Loved and respected by Vim, Kim, and Roger.
Loved Grandad of Kirsten and Michael, and Jules; Lindsay, Leah, and Cory; Sam and Jade; Carl, Clinton, and Mark; and loved great Grandad of Nate; Roxanne and Summer, Toni and Craig; Thea; Emma and Jessica. A loved great-great grandfather.
Loved step-father and step-father-in-law of Chris and Val, Geoff and Suze, Murray, Anne and Simon and loved ‘Maurice’ to their respective families.
A special thanks to Dr Nathan, Ambulance crew, and the staff of the ED, HDU, and Administration Departments, Wairarapa Hospital for their attentive care.
A service for Maurice will be held at the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Wednesday 28th July 2010 at 1.00 pm followed by interment at the Clareville Lawn Cemetery.
