CARRIE, Ian Maxwell died peacefully at home on 8 October 2005 after a long illness.

Already missed by his Darling Bud Carole Sweney, his brothers Neil (Christchurch), Alan (Los Angeles) and Bruce (Kampala) and their families.

Many thanks to the staff at Mary Potter Hospice, district nurses and all those who helped Ian remain at home.

No flowers please. Instead, Ian requested that donations may be made to Mary Potter Hospice, P.O. Box 7442, Wellington South, or the Motor Neurone Disease Association, P.O. Box 2129, Wellington, or these may be left at the service.

A celebration of Ian's life will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home, 375 Adelaide Rd, Newtown, on Monday 17 October at 10.30am, Thereafter private cremation.
