The greatest Poppa in the world to Jesse, Jacob, Latesha, Georgia, and Josh.

Much loved brother and brother-in law of Wally and Heather, and Kaye. Loved uncle of Mel, Darren and Elle.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the National Heart Foundation, P.O. Box 2091, Masterton 5840, would be appreciated and may be left in the Hall foyer.

A service for Smithy will be held in the Martinborough Town Hall, on Wednesday 22nd December 2010 at 10am followed by private cremation.
