Doris Cook died peacefully at home on 1st January 2006.

Dearly loved wife of Len. Dearly loved mum of Pat and Christine.
Caring and special Nana to Allan, Michael, Christopher, Brendan, Ryan & Jayden. Great grandmother to Jamie, Kristie, Indeanna, Thomas & Joshua.

A service to celebrate the life of Doris will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home, 22 Pretoria Street, Lower Hutt on Friday 6 January 2006 at 1pm, followed by private cremation at Harbour City Crematorium.
