Nafanuatele Mataiumu Fiaula (Talimatasi) - 11 July 1951 - 27 March 2012.

Sadly but peacefully passed away on Tuesday morning at Wellington Hospital surrounded by his loving family on his 60th year.

The loving husband of Fotualetali Fiaula. Such a devoted kind father to Noa, Fausolo, Faataualofa, Faaaliga and guardian god father to Ben, Ano and Mataava. Father-in-law to Bryan , grandfather Angel, Ari and Daniel. Loving son of the late Fiaula and Suria, cherished sibling to Faga, Saumolia, Fa'aofia, Sauniga and Fausolo. Son-in-law to Fe'aunati Tupe and Faaaliga Faletutulu. Loving brother-in-law of Alofa (Mike) Uima, Tulai, Logo, Marie, Kose and Fala. An amazing and admirable uncle to many nieces and nephews.

A Family service will be held at the Church of St Anthony, 66 Falkirk Avenue, Seatoun on Sunday 1st April at 6pm.

Mata's Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Church on Monday 2nd April at 10.00am, thereafter interment at the Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
