On 1 May 2012 peacefully at Mary Potter Hospice aged 53.

Beloved father of Emma and Sophie. Loved son of Ag and Paul. Brother of Mary, brother in law to Barry and uncle of Tom. Best friend of Jim, Mark and Bernie. Loved by all his family and friends.

Thanks to the staff of Wellington Hospital particularly Jonathan and Alison for the care of Mark and to the staff at Mary Potter Hospice.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Mary Potter Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

Marks Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Church of St Mary of the Angel’s, Boulcott Street, Wellington on Friday, 4 May 2012 at 1:00pm followed by burial at the Makara Natural Burial Cemetery.
