On 27th June 2012 peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital. Aged 62 years.

Dearly loved Mum of Sam and Dan and their partners Corinne, and Lisa.

Loved Nana of Boston, and Hudson; Ben, Jake, and Zac.

Loved sister of Julie, Eddie, and John and their partners Merv, Marie, and Nicola.
Loved Auntie of all her nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Asthma Society, P.O. Box 2097, Kuripuni, Masterton 5840 would be appreciated and may be left in the chapel foyer.

A celebration of Sally’s life will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Friday 29th June 2012 at 2.00 p.m. followed by private cremation.
