Peacefully at home with his family on 5th August 2012 after a courageous battle. Aged 10 years old.

Special cherished son of Damon & Jo. Loved and adored brother of Jake, Flynn (Twin) and Samara. Loving grandson of Claire Bishop, and Bob & Andrea Wyman. Loved nephew and cousin to all his uncles, aunties and cousins.

Sincere thanks to family and friends who have supported the family in this trying time.

A service to farewell Ethan will be held at Te Horo Hall, School Road, Te Horo, on Friday, 10 August 2012 at 2pm. followed by cremation at Kapiti Crematorium.
