Died suddenly at Wellington Hospital on Monday 3 September 2012, aged 12 years.

A loving daughter of Lisa and Scott. Loved grand daughter of Kim and Tracy, Dot and James. Big sister to Logan, Angel, and Shayla.

A service for Mandy will be held at Evans Bay Intermediate School, Kemp St, Kilbirnie on Saturday 8th September at 11.00am, thereafter private burial at Makara Cemetery.
