On October 15th 2012 peacefully at Wellington Hospital.

Dearly loved wife of Rex for 63 years. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Philip and Ruth, Julia, John and Amanda. Much loved "Nana Val" of Angela, Jeremy, Tennessee, Grace, and Geordie; "Chief Nana" of Ruby.

Val's funeral service will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, Cockburn Street, Kilbirnie on Friday October 19th 2012 at 2:00pm followed by a private cremation.
