On 31st October 2012 peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital. In his 84th year.

Dearly loved husband of the late Marie.

Loved Dad of Bev and the late Alastair Crewther (Taupo), and the late Tony.

A loved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many.

A service for Jack will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Road, Carterton on Monday 5th November 2012 at 11.00 a.m. followed by private cremation.
