Loved father of Sandra, the late Tony, Brent, Kirstin, Fiona and their families.

Jack's funeral service will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 665 High Street, Lower Hutt on Tuesday January 22, 2013 at 11:00am thereafter private cremation.
