Peacefully on 4 March at the hospital wing of Malvina Major Village. Aged 85 years.

Loved husband of the late Audrey (nee Morgan).

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jan, Maria and Nico (both dec), and Gijs, (all of Holland).

A funeral service for Bouke will be held at the Guardian Funeral Home Chapel, 4 Moorefield Road, Johnsonville on Friday 8 March 2013 at 9:30am and will be followed by interment at Whenua Tapu Cemetery.
