Major Raymond Harcomb Knight (R) was Promoted to Glory suddenly on Friday June 16th 2006.

Dearest husband of the late Doris and cherished and devoted Dad of Jocelyn & Jimmy, Gillian & Neil, and David & Barbara.

Much loved and proud Grandad of Benjamin, Adam, Ethan and Caleb.

Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Bram (dec) & Joyce, Jean (dec) & Robert, Ron (dec) & Marjorie, Joyce & Ken (both dec), Bill & Joyce, Olive & Lynn, Mavis & Bill (dec), Rene & David, and Dulcie & Don (dec). Also loved brother-in-law of Heather McClure and Glenis Simpson and the late members of the Campbell family. Loved and respected Uncle of his many nieces and nephews.

A service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Raymond will be held at The Salvation Army Wellington South, Constable St, Newtown on Tuesday June 20th at 11.30am, thereafter interment at Akatarawa Cemetery.
