On 15th August 2013 suddenly, aged 56 years.

Dearly loved husband and best friend of Corlette.
Dearly loved Dad of his three ‘noxious pests’ – Sophia ‘Weasel’, Jessica ‘Possum’ (deceased), and Olivia ‘The Rat’.
Loved son of Annie and the late Rex, loved brother and brother-in-law of Ian and Susan, David (deceased), and loved uncle of his niece and nephews.
Loved son-in-law of Bill and Shirley Doherty, loved brother-in-law of Leslie and Fiona Doherty, Peter and Carol Doherty, and Odette Doherty.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Child Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 152, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140 would be appreciated and may be left in the church foyer.

A service of celebration for Steve’s life will be held in St Mark’s Anglican Church, Carterton on Wednesday 21st August 2013 at 11.00 a.m. followed by private cremation.
