On 2nd October 2013 tragically as the result of an accident at his home.
Aged 44 years.

Dearly loved father of Shakaina, Rebecca, and Kawhia.

Much loved son of Archie and Dot, loved brother of Justin, Craig and Bonnie, Kaysie and Tia, and the late Michael.

Loved Grandson of the late Peter and Annie Ormsby and the late Harold and Pixie Waaka.

A loved uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many.

Achie Jnr will lie at the Te Ore Ore Marae, Masterton (from Saturday afternoon) where his service will be held on Monday 7th October 2013 at 11.00 a.m. followed by burial at the Ahipanipani urupa.
