Peacefully at Te Omanga Hospice, aged 70 years after a long battle, endured with great dignity and strength.

Much loved mother of David and Michael, mother-in-law of Gill and grandmother of Ilaria and Stacey.

Loved and respected by her close friends Wendy, Roger & Wendy Y.

A service to celebrate Pat's life will be held at the Harbour City Funeral Home Chapel, 665 High street, Lower Hutt on Friday 10 January 2014 at 1:00pm thereafter private interment at Makara Cemetery.
