On 21 July 2006 peacefully at Te Karaka Home Wellington, loved brother of Dick, Bill (dec’d Jan 1997), David (dec’d June 2005) and much loved uncle of Robert, Paul, Julie, Rachel, Erica, Richard, Brian and Graham and grandnieces and nephews. Loved brother in law of Pauline, Dawn and Paddy.

A life lovingly dedicated to musical research, friends, colleagues, family (and the occasional bottle of shared wine).
