As the result of an accident 28 February, aged 80.

Such a loved and loving man. As husband to the late Pam. As father and father in law to Graham, Rosalie and Sarah, and Karl and Caroline. As proud Pa to his beautiful mokopuna Ruby, Marsha, Callum and Jasper. He shares so much life and history, and we share our grief, with our McDowell whanau - David and Jan, Tim, Kirsty, Samara, Emily and families. His Australian roots are remembered fondly by cousins Ian and Viv, and uncle Norm. Brother in law to the late Peggy and husband Tim, Peter and Babs, and uncle to Fran, Peter John, and Brian.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Generation Zero(www.generationzero.org.nz) would be appreciated and may be left at the service.

A service to celebrate Ken's life will be held at Old St Paul's, Mulgrave St, Thorndon on Friday 7th March at 10.00am, thereafter private cremation.
