On 6 March 2014, suddenly at Wellington Hospital surrounded by family, aged 86 years.

Dearly beloved mother of Adele, Sally, Susan, Russell (dec), Dennis (dec) and Selwyn (dec). Loved nana of Anthony, Darryl; Daniel, Andrew, Laurie; Dawn and Michael. Loved GG of Bayley, Riley, Seth, Ashton, Tyler, Lachlan, Isla and Jasmine.

A service for Elsie will be held at the Cockburn Street Chapel, cnr Cockburn St and Onepu Rd, Kilbirnie on Thursday 13 March at 2.00pm, thereafter private cremation.
