On March 28, 2014, peacefully at Marne Street Hospital; aged 95 years.
Loved husband of the late Rona for 69 years, loved and special father and father-in-law of Trevor and Eileen, John and Sylean, loved Grandad of David and Sarah, Steven and Claire, Paul and Felicity, and a loved Great-Grandad of Carlin, Isabel, Zoey, and Hunter.

The family convey special thanks to the staff and residents of Marne Street Hospital for their friendship and care.

A service for Jack will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, corner Andersons Bay Road and Oxford Street at 12 noon on Saturday April 12, followed by private cremation.
