WAREHAM, Albert John (Jack) - On August 10, 2006.

Peacefully at the Village at the Park, aged 91 years. Loved husband of the late Gladys, and formerly of Yvonne. Much loved father & father in law of John & Margaret, and Michael & Helen. Loved grandad of Anthony, Dean & Britta, Louise & Matthew, Jonathan, Mary Evelyn & Thorsten, Kate & Jeremy, Joe, and great grandad of Jack, Hannah, Marina and Molly.

He will be sadly missed, may he Rest in Peace.

For those wanting to pay their respects to Jack, he will be lying in state at 28 Kilbirnie Crescent from Sunday afternoon. The rosary will be recited there on Sunday at 7:00pm. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St Theresa's Church, Andrew's Avenue, Plimmerton on Monday August 14, 2006 at 1:30pm thereafter interment at Paraparaumu Cemetery.
