Passed away peacefully and quick, aged 67 years.

Beloved father & father-in-law of Stephen & Alyssa, and Rebecca & Jamie.

Much loved Granddad to Saffron & Tobin, and Grandpa to Ruby-May & Henry John.

Loved brother of Catherine and brother-in-law of Barry.

A service to celebrate David's life will be held at the Olive Tree Church, (Level 3 of the Home Ideas Building), 10 Hutt Road, Petone on Tuesday June 10, 2014 at 2:00pm, thereafter private cremation.
