DEW, Alfred Henry (Alf)
- On July 4, 2014 peacefully at home in Carterton after a bravely fought battle, aged 82.

Dearly loved husband of Helen for 56 years. Much loved father and father-in-law of Paul and Jayne (Carterton), David and Lynette (Masterton), Clare Smith (Nelson), Stephen and Jenn (Melbourne). Loved grandad of Joseph and Arlene, Christopher, Faith and Josh Carter, Thomas, Owen, Robert (dec), Sarah and Danny McCullum, Peter, Rachel, Timothy, and Querida; Frances and Chris Millar, Simon and Tika, Daniel, Rosalie, and Jefferson; Vincent, Braden, and Justin Smith; and Sophia. Loved great grandad of Kaitlin and Jodie, Zoe and Darius, Lillian, Brodie and Maddison, Allegra and Toby. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Ethel (dec) and Joe Leighton, Beatrice and Bob Bentley, and Gordon.

A Service to give thanks for Alf's life will be held at Rosewood, 415 Queen Street Masterton on Tuesday, 8 July, at 11.00am followed by interment at Clareville Cemetery.
