STEPIEN, Anasitasia On Saturday, 11 October, 2014 passed away peacefully at home to meet Her Lord Jesus. Beloved, beautiful and deeply cherished wife for 56 years of Antoni. Dearly loved and precious mother and mother-in-law of Logan (late) and Hine, Leah, Maria and Maki, Mark and Tony. Highly respected, treasured and loved grandmother of Tuakana, Parekura, Damien, Natasha, Anastasia, Sylvanna, Renee, Bryce and Lily. Much loved great grandmother of Makaira, Nakcha, Ezra, Gabriel and Lexi. Dearly loved sister of George (late), Kaukau (late), Mele (late), Annie (late), Micky (late), Lutuiloa Fei (late), Fuia (late), Milovale, Viola, Ofa (late), Lafu (late) and Palalaua. Dearly loved by all her extended family and special mother to Lafu, Eletise, Teuila and John. Loved and admired deeply by all her friends including friends of the late Logan. Special thanks for the loving care and support shown to Anasitasia by Doctor Nathan and staff at the Greytown Medical Centre, Doctor Richard Stein, South Wairarapa District and Palliative Care Nurses, Care Givers from Healthcare New Zealand and Access, staff at Lang’s Pharmacy and Paramedics from Wellington Free Ambulance and St John’s Ambulance.
Greatly missed but your love, strength and hope will endure forever. We rejoice in the Lord’s promise that we will see you again in God’s everlasting Kingdom.
A family service to celebrate Anasitasia’s Rosary will be held on Thursday, 16 October at 7.00 pm. A Requiem Mass will be held to celebrate the life of Anasitasia at the St Teresa of Avila Church, 50 Bell Street, Featherston on Friday, 17 October at 11.00 am to be followed by interment at the Featherston Lawn Cemetery.
